• Technical data — Basic technical information (such as browser type and timestamp), collected automatically when you submit the registry form
• Analytics data — We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies and does not track users across sites.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Consent — when you voluntarily provide your email address by joining our registry, you consent to receiving communications about product launches and updates. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
• Legitimate interest — we collect anonymous analytics data to improve our website and understand visitor behaviour. This processing does not impact your privacy, as no personal data is collected for this purpose.

How We Use Your Data

Your email address is used solely to notify you about Aristeia product releases and updates. We do not send marketing emails to non-subscribers. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary, or until you request deletion.

International Data Transfers

Your data is stored within the EU and is not transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA. Our website is hosted on Vercel, which may process anonymous analytics data in the United States under their Data Processing Agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your Rights

Under the Swiss nDSG and the EU GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
